Mindful Elephant Yoga

Yoga Instructor

I had a transformative moment on my mat when I realized I could take all of my corporate career experience and combine it with my love for yoga to serve everyone in my community. That led me to opening Mindful Elephant. Blending my business skills with my passion for yoga has opened my heart in new ways. I've found my dharma.

I believe yoga is about so much more than just the physical practice. My vision for Mindful Elephant Yoga is to provide every individual that walks through our door with an inspirational space and an empowering experience.

Great little studio. I signed up for the $25 for 5 classes pass and missed the first 2 bc of silly delays and the owner was so nice and refunded me for both!!! They start exactly on time and lock the door so I do advise getting there early.

There are also adjustment coasters that can be flipped to either "yes please" or "no thank you," (so if you don't want to be touched during your practice that will be respected). The class itself was small (just five of us) and slow flowing, which was nice after a harder day at the gym. Overall I really enjoyed the class and found everyone at the studio to be really warm. ...

Went to Juli's class when visiting Philadelphia on business a few weeks ago. Loved the cadence of the class. Great mix of talking and reminding people (me) to breathe and soften and relax without sounding like a broken record. ...
