Mind & Body Wellness

Massage Therapist

Rebecca has been a licensed massage therapist since March of 2009, working for spas, chiropractors, and in wellness centers. She opened Mind & Body Wellness in 2010 in the hopes that it would grow into a holistic landmark for those seeking tranquility and respite in this busy city setting. Her preferred modality of massage is Thai, which makes its way into most every treatment, and her specialties are in injury rehabilitation and musculoskeletal imbalances. Rebecca is an excellent Thai massage practitioner, so good that I've been a monthly regular client for over 3 years. Highly recommended.

Mind and Body is such a hidden gem, I'm so happy I found it! I've been experiencing neck pain and "knots" in my shoulders for several days with no relief, so I decided to try a massage. I used Yelp to find a masseuse close to work and came across Mind and Body, only 1 block away. I texted (and emailed) as indicated on the website for a last-minute/same-day appointment for the 30 min neck and shoulder massage. They were able to squeeze me in this afternoon, and I already feel worlds better. ...

I absolutely recommend Mind and Body, and I will definitely be back!

The entrance of the building is on 15th street, not Walnut. Dana took care of me today. She is very personable, friendly, and willing to accommodate. I got a standard intuitive 60 minute massage that seemed to be a mix of Swedish and deep-tissue. The ambiance of the space is well-worth the money. A lot of the decor is Eastern and very calming. Good lighting, and ambiance. Great place.

Had my first massage at Mind and Body with Dana. I have had terrible neck pain shoulder pain for three years. I went to a masseuse once before and despite telling that person I had neck and shoulder knots they gave me a full body massage. Without me even saying anything, Dana immediately realized my neck, head, and shoulder were the areas that needed focus. She did an AMAZING job with my terrible knots. I feel great! Also great at respecting privacy and let me chose my body oil
    I would highly recommend!
