  Worked with Mike on checking both my laptop and phone to make sure there were no problems. He found some viruses which he cleaned up. We worked on checking operating system updates, storage space, and iCloud space. He gave me advice on what homework I could do before we meet again and is sending me additional information that can help me to clean up my computer. I feel like my computer now has a Doctor that can help me to preventive maintenance. Very very happy with Mike. He is easy to understand and doesn't use all the jargon you find with some techies. I recommend him highly.

  I have a vintage 2007 MacBookPro 15 inch whose battery died almost 10 years to the date of purchase. The battery would no longer charge and I was able to only use it, if continuously plugged in. I went to the Apple store to inquire about a replacement but was told my Mac was too old for the Apple store to service. I was referred to the Consultants Apple Network online site and selected a consultant who was not currently available. However, they gave me a referral to Mile with high praise. Mike's reviews were great so I called. What I discovered: positive attitude, acurate research, enthusiastic about IT, willingness to help solve the problem, and offered me multiple options. Ultimately, I elected to obtain the battery source he recommended and install it myself since it is listed as very easy. Mike send me the photograhs and instructions. I can only say positive things about this experience. I did not actualy meet Mike, only texting back and forth. But, and it is a big BUT...he was there for me. the whole time. Will be looking forward in the near future to having Mike work on my vintage systems.

  I would have no hesitation recommending Mike Brogan as a consultant. He is highly knowledgeable and has a patient and understanding demeanor when dealing with non-tech savvy people like me.

  I hired Mike to assist my father with his Mac. There were a number of issues slowing down his computer that Mike helped remedy. In addition, he gave very detailed advice on how to proceed with a future purchase of a new Mac. After meeting with him, Mike sent me a very thorough email explaining the entire appointment and which direction to go from here. He was professional and kind. My father and I were extremely pleased with the work and will hire him again!

  Mike is professional, technically proficient and a very personable. He is creative in his approach to problems, and calmly works his way to resolutions while educating the client about the process. He is glad to solve problems other than the one you may have booked him for if time allows. He is generous in sharing his expertise. When Apple makes changes to a program that you've been using productively for years, and suddenly you can't do any of the operations that you formerly did with ease, call Mike. You can stop pounding your head against the wall, save time, save your frontal lobe, and learn a lot at the same time.
