As the other reviewers have noted, Dr. Luban is incredibly thorough with his exams and really takes the time to get to know you as a person, understand the nature of your pain, and explain the treatment plan. His office isn't anything fancy but I like that about him - there are no gimmicks or sales pitches, he just.makes.you.feel.better. After 4-5 sessions, I was totally pain free and back to life as normal. I've seen a few other chiros in my lifetime and I think he is hands down the most skillful and effective. 100% recommend him.

... I recommend Dr. Luban and his practice to any one who wants results. When you walk around with chronic/constant pain or aches, after awhile you don't even realize it that you are encumbered because of how you feel. It is only when you start to feel better and pain-free that you realize how bad it was. The way I see it, if it is so easy to be pain-free, then why not?? My appointments are based on my needs--I am in and out within 30 minutes which includes a relaxing 10 minutes on the massage table following the adjustment. Dr. Luban listens, uses the exact right approach to each adjustment and truly cares for his patients--plain and simple.

I hadn't seen a chiropractor in about 7 years and I was experiencing headaches everyday due to neck pains. After one visit with Dr. Luban, my headaches became less frequent and after a few quick sessions, I was rarely experiencing headaches due to neck pain. Now I'm down to one visit a month for my neck and lower back and I feel great. Dr. Luban did a great job of pointing out my issues and putting together a plan to solve them.

It was not the massage I was expecting, but was the one I needed. Shelly does corrective work to put your body back into alignment and is fantastic. Highly effective and knowledgable!

Shelly is the best therapeutic massage therapist I have ever gone to. I would go there regularly if I could afford it, and it was more convenient (I don't go downtown much). She is really educated in her field, listens to your concern, and works directly on that problem, including explaining what she is doing. This is not a frilly "spa" massage. This is truly for people who have chronic back/neck/body pain and she can work magic with her strong and talented hands
