  Dr. Jill Waibel saved my life. I was seen by about ten different specialists, who weren’t able to give me a proper diagnosis. As soon, as Dr. Waibel examined me, she knew what my problem was and immediately did a biopsy to confirm her diagnosis. She is a brilliant and caring doctor with a very dedicated and efficient staff. I always know that I am getting the very best treatment backed by the latest research. I highly recommend Dr. Waibel for any dermatologic issue.

  Dr. Waibel and staff are professional, efficient, personable and caring. On my first visit I no sooner verified and edited my personal information electronically on an Ipad, but nearly as soon as hit the complete button I was called into an examination room. Dr. Waibel's assistant was cordial and thorough and within minutes Dr. Waibel herself was in to see me. I have rarely met a doctor that has taken the time to explain things to me so thoroughly and in a way that I could understand it. No condescending know it all attitude here. If a doctor visit can also be fun and educational, this one was. Though only my first visit I think Dr. Waibel is a rare find and I plan to make her my permanent dermatologist.

  I have psoriasis, reason why I have been to many dermatologists throughout my life. ... She is very knowable in treating all kinds of dermatological problems, she educates her patients, and she is the leader in laser and the latest treatments for your skin rejuvenation. In all the years that I have been her patients, she has never pushed me to buy any or her products or skin rejuvenation treatments. I appreciate that very much. Now that I am getting older, I am ready to put my trust in Dr. Waibel to try to improve the appearance of my skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Yes, it is true that I've had to wait a long time on occasions, but when you see Dr. Waibel she gives you her full attention, it has been worth the wait.

  I'm really surprised to see that others had to wait such a long time to see the doctor. Maybe I just got lucky but my wait time was very reasonable (it was a Friday at 2pm). Dr. Waibel was great; she was very friendly and more importantly, extremely knowledgable. She took the time to discuss my case with me and to go over the suggested treatment options. I didn't have any issues with the office staff, either. Granted, it's been almost a year now so maybe they've changed how they run things.
