After a lot of research, we settled on Metro Locksmiths to replace our aging Door King entry system for our 35 unit condo building. Jimmy Goh delivered exactly what he promised, on time and on budget. Moreover, when we had a problem with the system after installation (which by the way turned out not to be a problem they caused), Jimmy and George came out within an hour at 9:30 pm right before Labor Day and insisted on fully troubleshooting until everything was right. I'm impressed with their service and I highly recommend them.

I had locked myself out of my home around 8:15 am and had a 9am conference call. I looked up Metro lock which is a few blocks away and I pass all the time walking in the neighborhood. The website showed they did not open until 8:30 am and I promptly called then. AND Rick answered. He had someone to my house at 8:48 and I was inside in time for my call. The onsite guy was great and the service Rick provided outstanding! Hope I don't lock myself out again but when I do, these are the folks to call!

I had been waiting a long time to get my deadbolt fixed because I didn't want to deal with a long process. I brought it in and my man just squirted some WD40 in and it was done instantly and no charge. Nice guy, very pleasant experience.
