  I called on Metro Computerworks for help when my Windows 10 laptop wouldn't boot up after being powered off with the power switch. Marcus worked diligently to try to repair Windows, but ultimately had to re-install it. He did so without disturbing any of my documents or files. Then Gene assisted me with re-installing Microsoft Office from the setup file that was still intact from when I originally installed it. After I got home, I had trouble getting the dual monitor resolution settings correct, and Gene assisted me again - this time remotely. And Voila! - my PC is back in business! They were both great to work with, and got the job done very quickly.

  My computer was not holding a charge so I took it into Metro. They spent about 15 minutes looking at it and fixed the problem and didn't charge me a cent. I found them to be very professional and friendly and will definitely return with a "real problem" one day. Plus if you are a dog person you won't be sorry!

  I have been an intermittent customer for years (as my computers have needed fixing I have showed up at Metro's door). In each instance, Gene and his staff have allayed my concerns, given me a price and done the quoted work timely and flawlessly. I trust Metro unflinchingly.

  Great resource! Upgrading to new Internet provider created network issues. I'm mid-range geekish but couldn't figure it out. Gene scheduled me right away, and got everything working swimmingly. He even cleared up a couple of issues I hadn't identified. Very reasonable rates, professional & personable. I highly recommend.

  I've used this shop over the years on my desk top and most recently my lap top. I find the fellows at the shop to be quick, resolve the problems and at a fair price. I highly recommend their service.
