  A++ program! I did the 23 day protocol and lost over 15lb! I was never hungry and found Allen to be a wonderful motivational and informative support system! I am now back to my "normal" goal weight. If you follow the protocol you get the results the protocol promised. I was skeptical after slowly gaining 17lb the past 2/3 years if this program would do the trick. My normal is the low end bmi weight/height. The answer is yes you can reach your goal weight even if you are aiming to get back to slender. Honestly there is nothing more I could have asked from this program. Allen you exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

  I lost 27lbs doing this plan and it only took about 3 weeks. I'm now back to almost my ideal weight from high school. I'm so happy every time I look in the mirror, I'm just amazed at how different I look in such a short time. Alan was a great motivator during the plan. He even had a deal with me that if I reached my weight goal that he would whiten my teeth at half the cost. I now have the complete package. I look and feel great with wow, white teeth!!! I can never thank Alan and MedSlim weight loss enough. I definitely recommend this place.
