  Great experience! Al came to my house the same day I called, and was very knowledgeable and thorough. Rather than just a "yup, you need a new A/C, here's what I can sell ya," he did a thorough inspection and was able to identify a way to reduce my A/C tonnage by improving my insulation. He gave me unbiased pro's and cons to several of my questions regarding which direction to go, and never pressured me. He was also able to get a city inspector to approve the work within a day! By the third day, McCullough had 3 men work all day to get my new A/C installed. Mark, Issac, and Jasper were on time, friendly, respectful, and made sure to explain the work they did. They also were kind enough to vacuum/clean up after themselves. I couldn't recommend them enough! I hope my other unit doesn't die any time soon, but if it does, I know who I'm calling!

  Chris was professional, personable, attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and caring.
  I am so glad that Chris serviced my house AC unit. He explained his findings to me with patience and made recommendations to keep my AC running efficiently. I asked many questions, and he listened carefully and responded with gentleness and provided resources so I can start my own research. I will definitely request Chris to service the unit next time.

  Each person that I came in contact with were very friendly and professional. I appreciate your quick response. From the initial contact with Toni who came out to look at what we needed and make a recommendation, to Rhonda who is in the office that helped me understand the paperwork.
  And then for the installation itself we had Zach, Anthony and Jasper and they were all very good especially Zach who is into pleasing his customer whatever it takes.

  Zach and Sade were the point persons on a very professional and knowledgeable crew to install a new Carrier system. The 5 or 6 people that trafficked through the process were uniformly and deeply additive to my solution. They were patient and unwilling to leave until I was satisfied. They waded back into the attic to check dispersed duct work. Once the Thermostat was mounted, they walked though and set all relevant features, and confirmed the energy tracking was working. We started about 8 am, and left about 7pm with work completed. Tony M was the front facing service rep who walked through the start to finish process, resulting in the inspection rebates. All in all, a very positive experience.
