  I felt great. The people where amazing, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. I truly felt Matura Farrington staff cared about my needs and would go the extra mile to meet them. It was an amazing experience to have such genuine people as a support system and feel that I was treated as a person and not as a number. Thank you for everything!

  I started working with Justin and JP, at Matura Farrington, and I can only say positive things about my interaction with them. Extremely professional, and at the same time very personable and helpful. Both of them guided me through the process of the job offer at Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. with tips, preparing me for the interview, and then also providing me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. I would definitely recommen Matura Farrington to job seekers, my experience has been nothing but awesome! Congrats!

  I was employed with Matura Farrington from 2002 - 2012 and then again from 2014 - until just giving notice this week since I will be embarking on a new adventure. Legal staffing is no easy task since you are dealing with all types of personalities and it is a true sales job. ... They care about their employees and want to see everyone succeed. Legal Staffing/Recruiting Sales is not for the faint of heart, but if you are considering becoming a recruiter for a legal staffing agency, I would choose this one to hang up your hat. If you are a candidate looking for a job or a client looking for a recruiting firm to staff your position(s), I think it is safe to say that you will be happy with Matura Farrington's services.

  I dealt with JP. What I like about him is that he keeps in contact with you, even if it's a year down the road. He found me a great job with great benefits and a much more positive atmosphere than my last job. The whole process was very low stress, especially given that job hunting/interviews can be stressful. I would highly recommend Matura Farrington, but more importantly, JP.

  It has been to my good fortune that I've been a job candidate with Matura Farrington over the last several years. They were tireless in their effort to place me on two separate occasions in temp-to-perm opportunities. I have since recommended MatFar to friends and colleagues. Also, they listen to constructive feedback and respond accordingly. I recommend MatFar without reservation.
