SQLA Inc. Landscape Architects
We hired Mathew and his team for a tricky hillside improvement project which grew into a complete landscape renovation. Work included cutting a pathway into a steep hillside, retaining walls, grading to create seating areas, timber stairs, guardrail, boulder placement, hillside planting, gravel and DG work, etc. His team is professional and knowledgable, and he clearly has an eye for detail and the desire to create a beautiful landscape. We plan to work with him on upcoming projects and highly recommend him and his team.

Mathew is a licensed landscaper and contractor. He re-landscaped a badly neglected and overgrown property, turning it into a drought resistant rock garden. He even built a bench for me. He and his crew also patched stucco, fashioned a custom wood gate, wood hand rails for french balconies, painted the house and installed laminate flooring on a staircase and throughout the second floor including a long hallway and two bedrooms. His rates are reasonable and Mathew is a bit of a perfectionist so you get your money's worth.

Matthew Gray repaired a six foot high cinderblock retaining wall in front of my house. His estimate for the job was significantly lower than the other bids I received. I was extremely happy with the end results. If anything, Matthew is a perfectionist. He and his crew were on-time, friendly, and very professional. Without hesitation, I would recommend him!
