  Thank God For John Mastriani !!!
  
  Several years ago American Express and those bottom feeder debt collector attorneys Regent and associates sued me and I almost lost everything I owned.
  I contacted several attorneys prior to contacting John and the Mastriani Law Firm.
  They all wanted large upfront retainers and suggested I settle the debt for 60 percent of the amount owed which was 10,000.00 As luck would have it I contacted John and he not only kept me from losing my lawsuit and getting a judgement against me but he got the entire debt wiped out. for a mere 2,500.00 a lot less than the 15,000.00 to 25,000.00 upfront retainers these other law firms attempted to charge me. Because of this I had bad credit and was unable to obtain any loans and my business suffered due to the recession. John let me put down a small 500.00 dpwn payment and small affordable monthly payments. This increased my credit score and I was able to secure the loan I needed to expand and sustain my business. Many of the strategies I learned from John. Although I have been a magician for over 40 years, John is one of the best magicians I have ever known.   In the Spring of 2014, I was served with 3 suits by National Collegiate Student Loan Trust. I worked with Chris Thornhill with the Mastriani Law Firm. Though the case did drag on for 3 yrs, all three cases were non-suited once trial dates were set.
  
  Being sued was quite the shock, but in my conversations with Chris, he had the conversations to put my nerves at ease to see this trail through. I would highly recommend working with John and Chris if you ever cross paths with Nation Collegiate Student Loan Trust.

  Mr. Mastriani came highly recommended to me. I never needed a lawyer before and I was glad that I was referred to Mr. Mastriani. I had to hire him on a personal matter. He is a go getter and he fights for his clients to the end. I would use him again. He is extremely knowledgeable and he always kept me in the loop of the progress of my case. If you want the best of the best hire Mr. Mastriani.

  John and his staff did an excellent job handling my case. They were always abail able buto moreally importantly he did what he said and eliminated my debt and saved me THOUSANDS!!! I highly recommend John and his staff.

  I retained mr. Mastriani's services for my 12 year old son he did a great job... went over and Beyond the Call of Duty. He came highly recommended from someone else who retained his services. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

  The guys are Mastriani Law Firm are great! I had to address a confidential lawsuit against me, and need to hire a reliable attorney with a die-hard mindset. From the first call to the initial consultation, I felt really good about how my case was being handled!
  
  John was very direct and honest. He gave me an idea of what to expect, and explained what to expect during the process. Well, he delivered! He was able to get the card company to drop the lawsuit after a few months.
