Love Master's Touch! Just realized I haven't reviewed them and have been using them for the last 3-4 years. Pavlin is professional, prompt, quick, and thorough. The carpets always look brand new when he leaves... and he's been able to get pet stains out :)

Mr. Zarkov gave us an estimate over the phone and stuck to it upon arrival. He called to tell us that he will be 20 minutes late instead of just being late like most people do. He had a good attitude and was very professional. Some spots that I didn't think could be removed are now gone! Our carpet looks so much better! It was reasonably dry in 3 hours on a hot day, with some fans helping out. I am very pleased and will be hiring him again next time.

My carpets needed cleaning badly. I live on 3rd floor in a condo in Fremont. This condo does not have elevators. Almost all other carpet cleaners ( truck mount or manual machine) refused to come. This was the only company that did. They cleaned my carpets with super powerful truck mount method. My soiled carpets look brand new and am super happy with their service. I recommend them to anyone. They are the kind of company that will go the extra mile to make their customer happy. Their service is at its best.

We have had our carpet cleaned 3 times in the past 4 years. This was the first time we've used Master's Touch and our carpets look amazing! They are really clean, soft and all of the stains we had are gone. Our carpets are light tan and look new again. I highly, highly recommend Master's Touch!
