These guys were great! A different (transmission) shop dilapidated my hood while my truck was in their "care". Harrison was awesome, he did a full walk around and work up for me. He explained the nature of the damage to the hood and my options as far as repair or replacement. He facilitated in communicating with the lesser shop about the repair and the work was done professionally in a short time. They went above and beyond for me and I'll use them 10/10 times.

Ted was great! Very personable and went above and beyond to make sure that we had exemplary service. Will be returning for any work I need done in the future! The team went out of their way to make sure we were on the road by the time their work day was done (4pm on Saturday).

I taught there was something wrong with my car, because the engine light comes on and off, so I took it over to Master Car Care just to make sure that there is nothing wrong with my car.

They called me later on saying that there was nothing wrong with my car, that was a great news for me and on top of that they did not even charge me a penny for diagnostics.
Highly recommended an honest car mechanic in the heights.
They will be my go to car care from now on. -

Always hate having to deal with car stuff, but thankfully these guys don't try to take advantage of you and/or upsell you an extra $1000 when you come in for an oil change. Stopped in today for new headlight bulb, didn't even have to get out of my car, quick and easy, less than 5 minutes!

What they didn't know was I had received some tragic news just a couple of hours before and was one blink away from more tears and dreading sitting in auto waiting area, but had to get headlight taken care of today. Thank you for your quick service today, meant more to me than you'll know! -

I think their slogan is "Yesterday's service and Today's technology," and that fits them perfectly! Have appreciated their service on many occasions, especially today when they fixed something hanging down under my car without charge. There's always someone waiting at the front desk with a smile to help you. Honest estimates, affordable pricing.
