  I have been using Martin's Auto Clinic for several years and have always liked the service I have received. They have honor their warranty even after a year just to make sure you have a good experience. Most other places its only a year if you are lucky.

  We drove from Alaska to Texas. My car needed to get checked out since it was making weird noises. They let me bring it in the same day and it was fixed up the next day. They were all really nice. Car has been purring ever since. They even washed it, trust me it needed it. We had so many bugs smashed on the front. We will definitely be using this company for all of our auto needs in the future.

  There are no words for how much I appreciate the kindness and mechanical expertise from Jesse and his crew at Martin's. My son and I had an alternator go out while on vacation in San Antonio, and they all took care of us far above anything I expected. They worked us into their schedule immediately. Instead of allowing this to ruin our vacation, they gave us a ride to and from Sea World while they fixed my car. When we got back my car was fixed, and they had even gone so far as to give my little boy a firemen's hat. Their shop is immaculate, their mechanical work is wonderful, and every single person I met at this shop had an amazing heart. I would recommend Martin's Auto clinic to anyone and everyone in the San Antonio area.

  I have to say that from start to finish, my experience here has been phenomenal! It's very hard to find a good and honest mechanic. From the time I gave the gentlemen at Martin's auto clinic a call about my '05 Jetta, they were very accommodating for me. They even drove me home and picked me up when my repairs were finished! They even brought a car seat with them because I had my son with me at the time that the picked me up to go get my car. When I got to the shop, I was blown away that they had also washed and vacuumed the front of my car! I will be telling everyone I know about the service that I received. Thank you guys so much for going above and beyond for my family and I!

  I'm a particular customer when concerns my vehicles, prob like most people. So when I called to recv an estimate & schedule my diesel Dodge, the boys there @ Martins were prompt, courteous, & eager to earn my business. I needed, I thought, a complete brake job. Which on a truck that size is typically pricey. However, after dropping off for inspection(couple hours), i was called by Josef & to my surprise didn't need brakes @ all! Wow! I was pleased I didn't need the brakes but probably just as pleased the shop wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't need! I decided I would while there chk on couple other services I did need...front & rear differential changed as well as oil. Again, WOW! Half of what I was quoted anywhere else including tax! Thanks Martin Auto Repair(Josef, James, & all the guys) I'll see you guys again soon when any of my auto repair needs attended to
