  Came in and was greeted immediately. They were very quick to take care of me. Told me my dress would be ready the latest on a Saturday (came in on a Tuesday). They called me that same day letting me know my dress was ready. Alterations were done exactly how I wanted! Excellent service!!

  I have been bringing all of my alteration work here for 5 years and have never been disappointed. I recently brought them a $70 Calvin Klein eBay suit and they made it fit like a $700 suit. All of my pant and coat alterations & finishings have withstood the test of time.
  
  I have never needed them to re-do or repair any of their work, but I have no worries that this great family business would make things right as soon as I brought it to their attention.

  So incredibly impressed with Martin's... and I've been coming here for years! I had a few dresses altered for various weddings coming up, and I went to pick them up all together. The one I needed for the wedding in 36 hours (where I was officiating!!) was the only dress that wasn't quite right. Martin immediately stepped in, saw my face, identified the problem and promptly ushered me back to the fitting room to remove the dress so he could fix it ON THE SPOT! He was insistent that it "had to be right"... and I'm so grateful. And I know my friends will be too when their wedding photos come back and I don't have a plunging neckline with a hump on my back Thanks, Martin's!!

  Dropped off a work shirt around 10am for alterations. Got a text message a few hours later, ready for pick up. I cannot say enough on their professionalism and workmanship. They have earned my trust and repeat business. Great company

  Went in Friday at 4:30 to have two articles of clothing altered. The gentleman who fitted me labeled the order as a rush order and I was able to pick the goods up at 5:30 that same afternoon. Very pleased with the quality of work and service.
