  Jessica and her team were PHENOMENAL!!! I only gave them 48 hours notice but they conducted a thorough clean of our apartment. They took down all of my instructions regarding timing, key access, and I gave them my cell in case anything went awry. They called me 1.5 hours later to tell me the cleaning had been finished! When I got home, everything was sparkling-the basics (floors, tables, etc.) but they also paid attention to the smaller hard-to-get things such as ceiling fans and shower heads. Our kleenex was even crimped into a fan! I would recommend this company any day. Great communication and value-it was a treasure to come home to a clean house.

  Excellent service all the way around, exceeded all expectations. Was able to text to set up an appointment after my apartment flooded, they had a team there in under 15 minutes and I couldn't even believe I walked into the same apartment I had left after water and dirty had covered the whole apartment. They went above and beyond even washing, drying and folding, my piles of clothes intended for laundry that was flooded as well. Highly, highly recommend this company.

  Dependable, friendly and affordable! My husband and I recently switched to Maids in Black services and we’ve never looked back. The girls who come to our house are very professional and trustworthy; we’ve never lost anything. We couldn’t be happier. Good job ladies.

  This company has never let me down. Customer service is excellent and so are the cleaners. I have called last minute, needed flexibility in the cleaning service and have had to cancel. I have always been treated with respect and professionalism. They send out emails before the service, after the service for a review of the cleaning team, and when your card is charged. They follow up with you promptly with any questions. There IS a fee for last minute cancellations, which is totally understandable, but they send out several email reminders before your service begins. You can schedule and cancel on the website at any time. The cleaning staff is pleasant and does a great job. If they run behind schedule, there is a phone call and an email. There has been only once that a team has been late, and only by about 20 minutes. A pleasure to work with.

  I hired them to do a deep cleaning of an apartment that had a small flood that required drywall repair. They did a great job. Booking was very easy, and the team arrived on time with all the necessary tools to get the job done. The apartment looked amazing when they were done and the price was reasonable.
