  My name is Mrs.Tia childs I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer I did contractor work when I got hospitalized one of my employees where doing work for maidnHouston. I was upset that he refused to pay my worker for work that was done.i cant afford to pay her because chemo is expansive and It was not one of my jobs.it was maidnhouston.she deserve to get paid she is a single mother and homless.

  The owner called me immediately when I contacted the company. She met me at the apartments with her cleaning person and went over with me in detail what I did and did not want to be done. The move-out clean up had been done, but I was working to get them cleaned very well since the duplex was listed for sale and I wanted the apartments shining like a new penny! They accomplished just that! I had showings and even an offer the following week.

  I had a last minute request to have my apartment cleaned, as I had to turn the key that same day. MaidnHouston answered the call and sent Sharon. Sharon's work in a word 'Amazing'! The apartment looked like new - better than when I first moved in. I would like to tell Sharon one more time, "Thank you for your incredible attention to detail and a complete through the job."

  I've utilized three different services in my area and MaidnHouston would make the fourth. The technical aspects of their operation are phenomenal. It's as easy to accomplish service tasks over the computer as it is over the phone. They're very down to earth and easy to talk to. Olga came to my house for my first cleaning and she was quick but thorough, professional and courteous. overall, my expectations were exceeded. As far as price, they are actually a bit cheaper than my previous provider. This helps me set up a regular bi-weekly schedule without too much concern on my budget. Pros: everyone I've interacted with thus far has been a pleasure to speak with and the service has been WELL worth the price. Cons: I wish I had found them sooner.

  We have been using MaidNHouston for a few months now and I can no longer live without our tech, Sharon. Besides the ease of the website, the team is super responsive and completely understanding of any need to reschedule. With 3 kids, a dog, and a military husband, our lives get very hectic and they always go out of their way to accommodate our forever changing schedule. Guys - I cannot say enough how much we love having MaidNHouston in our home every other week! Sharon has been supremely professional, timely, and knows exactly what I need each time she comes to our home! Our 3 story townhome is always sparkling every time she leaves. We absolutely have loved our experience with her!

  I have used MaidnHouston a few times now. Very professional, timely, very reasonably priced, responsive to individual needs, thorough, safe, and worth the value. Cleaned a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. Did the sheets and made the bed. You could bounce a quarter off the bed after they finished it was so well made. Clean floors, vacuumed, counters, etc. Nice finishing touches with a note and chocolate when done.
