  Maid Ideal's services are top notch. The team is prompt, professional, thorough, and are absolutely outstanding people who genuinely care about customer service. They started providing cleaning services for my parents in March 2017 and it's been a great experience. The initial cleaning was a deep cleaning, and they cleaned the house from the ceiling to the floors and all spaces in between! (We plan to ask them to deep clean again in the spring - a worthwhile investment!) Since then, they've been coming every other week and handling general cleaning on the first and second floor. We leave it up to their professional judgement as to what needs to be tackled, but, in general, they clean the bathrooms (sink, toilet, tub, and floor), the kitchen (including doing the dishes for my elderly parents), clean the tops of furniture pieces and clean mirrors, vacuum, change sheets (if needed), empty trash, sweep the front porch, and more. They have an eye for detail - they know what needs to be done - and we leave that up to them. It's refreshing, too - everything gets done! If I've ever needed anything for my parents when I'm out of town, Nel and her team have stepped in and taken care of them. This service is not your typical cleaning service - they are like family and truly give me peace of mind when it comes to my parents' needs in their home. Thank you, Maid Ideal!
