I can't say enough good things about David. I trust him completely -- he does an excellent job. What's really great is I call him any time of day and he is able connect to my laptop remotely and solve all my problems. And to top it off, he's extremely friendly -- great company. Recommend him highly!

To keep my devices functioning properly I depend on David. He comes in on a regular basis and also takes my calls at any time of day when I have a problem -- which is frequently! But he is the best and I couldn't use my iPad, iPhone, printer and MacBook Pro without him.

I called David after reviewing his website. I had just purchased a new laptop at Apple and was having a really hard time setting up my MAPI mail and understanding and customizing the whole system. I had tried using Geek Squad which was a major disappointment on several levels. David called me back in about 5 minutes and was at my apartment in a few hours. He is professional, friendly, and respectful - and better qualified than anyone I have ever used. For me, a basic user and small business owner who is not computer savvy, David explained on my level, spoke in metaphors that I could understand, did not laugh at my questions no matter how basic, and was personable, warm, and kind with immaculate professional boundaries - exactly what one hopes for when one opens their door to a stranger providing in-home services. ...
