  If you read other reviews of computer repair people, most of them are bad. I've taken three different computers to him over the past 3 years, and he has been reasonable, professional, and very fast. Bill is definitely a weirdo, but in a good way. He is a painter, he has a Dr. Who phone booth he made, and I think he builds robots? He fixed my iMac in 4 hours today. I'm sure the apple store would have charged me literally 6 times more, and taken a week to do it. It definitely feels like an informally run business, and you might feel hesitant to leave your $2000 machine with him, but that's what these reviews are for. I won't go to anyone else as long as Bill is around. He is the very definition of what we talk about when we say "small business." The economy needs more people like Bill. If you apple computer is broken, support him.

  Do not judge a book by its cover! 5 stars all around. I would suggest to give Bill a call if you're not familiar with the area. It can be tricky to find at first. Extremely reasonable pricing and quick work. I had problems with my iMac and my problems were resolved within 24 hours. Highly Highly recommend!

  Apple would not work on my vintage MacBook Pro circa 2007 and luckily I found Bill through google searching. I needed to install an OS after replacing my HD and he was extremely understanding, friendly and quick! An hour later my MacBook is running like new. Highly recommended!
