Our consultant from MacHero spent many hours with us trying to fix one of the most bizarre Mac-integration into AD mysteries we've ever seen. After several logical attempts, we found the solution and corrected the issue. This has helped us to return to the normal workflow we desperately needed.

I can't believe how much was accomplished in the 2 hour appointment I had, working on my iMac, MacAir and iPhone simultaneously to resolve issues I had with overlapping files, accumulated garbage, etc. And I learned so much from my technician Todd in the course of the appointment - he is a great teacher as well as technician. He also advised me to upgrade my memory on my 2008 iMac (which I'm trying to get 1-2 more years out of before replacement), so we ordered the memory modules from Amazon right then and I just finished installing them myself! Invaluable tune-up!

I have Mac Book that recently crapped out on me due to a Kernal Panic and wasn't sure if it was worth fixing. The women I spoke with as able to offer some advice about cost of the repair verse the cost of purchasing a new computer.
In the end, I opted to not have my computer fixed and decided to invest in a new machine.
