I am a realtor and use MacArthur locks to rekey all my clients homes after they buy. I also send him as a referral when people ask. All my clients are thrilled with the service, and Lewis has never missed an appt. He is very responsive, reasonably priced and my clients will use him for other work as well. It is hard to find contractors that you can consistently count on. Lewis has been wonderful. Lewis also did a job at my personal home recently. He replaced old locks (85 year old) with new ones that kept with the same style and saved me from having to get a new door.

We used MacArthur because we needed a locksmith for door repair, five lock changes, and a door adjustment in our house in Petworth in NW DC. The technician arrived early and stayed late to get the job done in one day. He was friendly and courteous while he explained the work to be done. He cleaned up the work areas nicely and we would definitely use MacArthur again. Five stars!
