  High professional service: on time, correct diagnosis, courteous. The e-mail service request on their website works, not just a sales tool. I initiated a request for Monday service on Sunday, and received a reply from the owner Sunday night confirming my request. Good company.

  I had a pleasure meeting technician Keith from M. B. Kiser, who worked on my AC. In addition to making repairs he literally guided me through entire process explaining what was broken and why he was doing those repairs, also on top of it provided me with detailed information on what can potentially go wrong with it in nearest future. At the end leaving very pleasant experience to work with, given that things got broken over weekend it only took few hours to fix it, from the moment I called them.

  I live in Irving, TX. And I want to bring to the attention of Mr. Henderson my personal appreciation for the way the situation of an error was handled decidedly and swiftly by his direction. A compressor targeted as the replacement for my down unit was incorrectly assigned but this was not discovered unit the technician arrived at the Kiser warehouse on the appointment day of installation. Mr. Henderson located an even newer Carrier substitute unit on premises and made the even exchange at once to meet the immediate installation. My family had been in extreme discomfort without A/C for six days. The technician, Keith McClain met all my expectations of the expertise and professionalism I had experienced over the past decades working with M.B. Kiser. Mr. McClain is certainly a Pro’s Pro and we were delighted to have him in charge of the installation. Thank you! We will certainly continue to advise our friends and family that M. B. Kiser is the trustworthy company to choose whenever there is a heating and air conditioning need.

  Dear Richard, This past week I was surprised to learn that Mazen has retired after so many years with Kiser. He was so special. Having said that. I can't resist dropping you a note about our current service rep. We have now worked with Clint on a number of occasions and are duly impressed. As I'm sure you know he is a first rate professional and a class representative of your organization.

  I have been using Kiser for my A/C repair for the last few years. I recently called Kiser because my A/C wasn't blowing any cold air, and the temperature was about 86 degrees inside my house. After about an hour Clint came and fixed my problem in minutes. He changed the filter and replaced a bad capacitor on my outside A/C unit. This is outstanding customer service. Thanks again.
