This place was so amazing! Walking in there, it felt so luxurious (just like their name states!). I went with my mom to get pedicures and I also got myself a manicure. Richard made us feel so welcomed and actually got to know us. Him and his staff made us feel like we were in great hands. I've never had a nail salon make me feel so relax. I can't express how my experience at this nail boutique was. My favorite nail salon in the city hands down! Thank you so much!!

Just had my first pedi at Luxurious and it was fantastic! ... We called and made an appointment for this afternoon. We were immediately greeted warmly and asked if we would like a beverage. I enjoyed champagne while the hubs enjoyed a beer. Richard introduced himself to us immediately, helped me with my choice in polish (was going to go for regular but decided gel would be better for the vacation) and seated us in the very comfy chairs. We had a great time talking with Richard and Kim and the pedis look fantastic! Everything was clean and beautiful. Can't wait to come back and we hope to become regulars! Completely fair prices for excellent work and wonderful customer service. Added perk is supporting a local business!

My appointment was set with Queen Kimberley. I do not write reviews on yelp or anything for that matter but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to shed some light on this amazing salon and nail care professional. The facility was beyond spotless everything was royal looking and color coordinated. I got exactly what I asked for and then some. Conversation was personable comfortable and natural. Professionalism was spectacular. Honestly the best nail experience I have ever encountered. This is definitely my new nail salon and Kimberley will definitely be whom I set my appointments with.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Made visit today to this new salon in the Bayview for the grand opening! The layout and the ambiance was amazing! I booked an appointment for Monday and can't wait to get the service. The owner, Richard Washington, is very personable and I'm hoping he will do well and have much success! I will post again after my appointment on Monday, but if first impressions are an indication of the service and the experience, I'm looking forward to be a pleased customer for quite sometime! I can not wait to tell friends, family and co-workers about this new place and encourage them to patronize Luxurious Nail Boutique & Spa!
