The Old Fashioned Barbershop feel and decor is mostly original and is a welcome refuge from the newer, 'cooler' shops in town because we do Great work for a Fair price. The current owner, Don Forfang, is a Second Generation Barber and operated the Moler Barber School for 20 years in the Heart of Downtown San Francisco before purchasing Louie's to preserve this Historical property.
Our hand picked team of Barbers and Stylists can provide you any range of styles and cuts from Hipster under cuts to an old fashioned Tapers. Louie and Mario are two of the best barbers in the 209 i have been coming her for over 8 years. He also cuts my sons hair who is 2 years old now and he loves coming to get his fresh cut here. They treat everyone like family. Definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs a great haircut.

I was looking for a barber that knows how to give customers the haircut they want and was recommended by my boss to come here. I'll say I love the environment being old fashioned, giving the place that sense that your in the barbershop. Although the waiting time can get long, I don't mind the wait because Louie knows how to do my fade right! I think I set my mind on where I'll be going for a long time for my cuts! Thanks Louie!

Hector gave me my first haircut in San Francisco and he did a fantastic job. The people are very friendly and very genuine. Hector was very talented and gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Needless to say I have found my barber in San fran.

Came in yesterday after I had a bad hear cut from a new place in Oakdale. They did what could to fix their mistake. And got to say they did a hell of a job fixing it. Looks a lot better then when I came in. The shop it set is a cool little spot to get lined up as well. Has that old school barber shop feel. Over all a good place to get a hair cut from people who actually know how to cut hair. Thank you guys for fixing the other place mistake.
