    I have never been to a nutritionist before and opted to reach out to Lorraine based on her clean, professional website and am so glad I did! Her meals are delicious and she really listens to your food preferences and goals in developing the meal plan each week. She is really supportive but also realistic and puts together plans that are likely to keep you on track for the long-term. I've noticed major results with weight and energy levels, and i feel as though my taste buds have actually morphed to no longer crave sugar. Most importantly, she has helped me get back into the habit of cooking even with a really busy work schedule since her recipes are quick and easy without sacrificing taste.

    Game changing 21 days! ... Sugar cravings gone, bloating after eating gone, chronic knee pain for at least 2 years gone, better sleep, more energy, saving money opposed to spending $25 at lunch every day, lost some lbs even though I don't know how many because I don't have a scale. Lorraine's support, knowledge, weekly recipes and alphabetized grocery lists made this so easy and motivating. She was available pretty much 24/7 to answer questions and provide food choice suggestions when eating out. It's all about mindful eating and eating real whole food. Didn't feel like I had to put my life on hold while doing this detox but was definitely very aware of what I was putting in my body. I even managed to do this at the beginning of summer when happy hours and BBQ's are in full swing. Thanks Lorraine! You're the best!

    I recently completed Lorraine Kearney Nutrition's Sugar Detox Challenge and could not be happier with the results! I'm in my mid-forties and in relatively good shape but struggled with cravings for sweets after meals. Lorraine created customized meal plans and recipes to suit my needs and really educated me. The weekly sessions and support allowed me to stay on target whether I was shopping to cook at home or ordering out. I lost the last few pounds of belly fat, I'm thinking clearer with more energy, my cravings are gone and recent blood-work shows I'm healthier than ever!! It continues to be a life-changing experience. Thank You Lorraine!!

    Lorraine Kearney has been the best and imperative in my weight loss mission!

    … I signed up for the unlimited 30 day Nutrition Coaching with Lorraine. … She made me a weekly meal plan, grocery list, and a recipe book that was 20 pages long. ... The recipes are actually delicious! This plan also allowed me to email her my daily food diary and have a weekly session.

    Lorraine is very hands on and compassionate but also tough and has strict guidelines. She checks-in on me and talks me off the ledge when I'm about to make poor decisions. She also has great advice on exercise and toning. Lorraine taught me how to take the focus off of the scale and how to truly nourish myself. Lorraine also took me to the farmer's market and introduced me to many new foods. I am excited to continue working with her to achieve more results.

    Lorraine is incredible! I travel a lot and she helps me maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout. She really listened to my needs and tailored a meal plan for me. She has such a positive attitude. I would give her 10 stars if I could!!
