  A major place to feel better instantly! From the minute you walk through the door you are welcomed and surrounded by extremely knowledgeable therapists along with their wonderful assistants that pump you back up and make you feel great again! My therapist extraordinaire Lea Thomann has a doctorate and is extremely well trained along with her assistants Clinton and John who never stop helping you with personally designed exercises, kind words and a smile. I have to say everyone who works there keeps the Longevity extremely upbeat and most importantly ....healing!

  I have been going to PT @ Longevity for 4 months now at the Mission Gorge location. My pain from my scoliosis has decreased tremendously! I am getting stronger, and the best part is I am not afraid of movement and being active anymore. The therapists are knowledgeable, kind and I look forward to going each week!!

  ... Ali was my assigned PT, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She changed how I view my movement and how our bodies are kinetic chains. Not only have I fully-recovered, but I am better equipped to prevent injury and am more in-tune with my body. Ali is a very enjoyable person to be around; she is funny, friendly and understanding. ...
  During my treatment I found I felt best when being active, and when I wasn't doing my usual exercise routine I had more pain. I love the Longevity approach to applied functional science, because it works!

  Every one of the physical therapists and staff have been so helpful and encouraging! Most especially Kristen, Matt, Candice, Kevin and the Jeffs. I can't believe how you got my new shoulder moving and feeling good in such a short period of time. You guys rock!!!

  I shadowed at the Carlsbad location and the staff was amazing. I was blown away by how much the staff cared for there patients and how much positive energy was felt throughout the room. These people truly care about you and make sure you understand more about yourself and how to make you better. I would recommend Longevity to anyone who is looking for a trusting place to receive physical therapy.
