I needed a new lock installed at my new apartment. I called the main number and within minutes, Mike called me back with an estimate. He was onsite within 20 minutes! He carefully explained all my options, patiently answered all my questions, and provided me with reasonable recommendations. He was clearly trying to sell me exactly what I needed and nothing more, which I truly appreciate. He worked diligently to complete the job in a timely manner and most importantly, he completed the job within my specified budget. Thanks Mike for making my first locksmith experience so painless!

Very good locksmith! They came to rescue me and my boyfriend in the middle of the night, they were really fast. The locksmith defiantly knows what he's doing, opened my door in 2 min. Thanks a lot! 5 stars!

Charles locksmith helped me on several occasions, first when I just moved in to the area, he replaced my locks, and few years after when my crazy roommate have left, he came and replaced the locks again.
