Had a leak in the drain pipe in the basement utility room. Our Home Warranty assigned Live Green to fix the problem. Their front office/dispatch was very helpful and friendly. They set up an appointment for Sat but then called to change due to a medical emergency with the technician (Roger). I like their dispatch and how they kept me up to date on the schedule, arrival, etc. through emails.

Live Green sent Eric and Shawn today. They immediately diagnosed the problem, went to the local Home Depot to get a couple of things, and fixed the leak in no time. Both Shawn and Eric were very professional, calm, polite, focused, and did not try to sell me optional stuff (very much appreciated!).
Total experience was very pleasant/positive: no hassle, fixed the problem, kept me up to date on status, and besst of all: just paid the deductible as the Home Warranty covered everything else.

When we realized that we had a main line sewer clog, we were desperate to get someone out quickly to repair it. I called around to a few other places first, but kept being told it would be days before they could send someone out. When I called LiveGreen, they answered promptly, were very professional and polite, and had somebody at my house in under an hour. The plumber they sent, Jermaine, was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and friendly. Our clog ended up being unexpectedly difficult to clear, but Jermaine persevered and still came in right at the original estimate. He left his work area clean and was very considerate of our home. I also appreciated that they guarantee their work for 90 days, just in case. I'm definitely putting LiveGreen on my go-to list (may I not need them anytime soon!) and recommending them to my neighbors.
