  We've had Lily's come twice now to clean our area rugs (some wool, some synthetic). They do a good job, the price is extremely reasonable ($1/sqft), and the people are great--Lily is lovely on the phone (she even called back from a personal number to schedule us over the weekend), & Gianni is one of the nicest humans you'll ever invite into your home. We like having clean rugs, & we like supporting a small local business, too. :)

  This company is outstanding, and I wish I had known about them years ago!!! We previously had paid Stanley Steemer several hundred dollars to do some furniture in our home- this company uses green products, is extremely responsive and their rates and so much better than anyone else! My sons nursery is mostly all white including a white wool rug- everyone thought I was crazy but now a year later it's still pristine thanks to this company. They also saved us from a disaster in our basement when a pipe burst and our wall-to-wall carpet was saturated. They came out with a game plan (the next morning! And it was night!) and then did a complimentary follow up later in the week. I am obsessed and plan on getting all of my upholstery cleaned 2x per year now thanks to this company!

  Jonathan and Sergio cleaned three upholstered chairs to an immaculate state. Lily's Correct Carpet and Oriental Rug Cleaning uses a green, eco-friendly, hybrid (I would assume proprietary) approach to cleaning upholstered furniture, including non-toxic cleaning solutions, muscle, if necessary, and high power water extraction. They even go so far as to use a toothbrush in nooks and crannies, to reach the dirt that's hiding in crevices. I knew our upholstered chairs could use a cleaning, but when I saw the color of the water that Jonathan and Sergio emptied out of their buckets and the water extractor, after they cleaned our furniture, I realized how dirty our furniture was before they cleaned it, and how immaculate it was after they cleaned it. Doing business with Lily, Jonathan, and Sergio was a pleasure, I highly recommend them for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

  “Lily’s is a rare find! I have been with them since they started in 2003 and they clean my carpets and furniture each year. From the beginning I was impressed with their excellent work. They are perfectionists. If a stain can come out they will get it out! They always go above and beyond wiping the dust from the wooden floor in the corner they are working in, or cleaning the baseboards as they go. I’ve noticed that their apprentices have been trained the same way – good old fashioned service!
  What I also like about Lily’s is the way the business has evolved. Lily and Jonathan train young Bostonians with carpet cleaning and customer service skills that have always impressed me. Being new to Boston, they have always been able to tell me the best parks for my kids, fun adventures for the weekend, best places to eat. I guess it comes from Jonathan’s concierge training. It works. I feel like I’m treated like family. You won’t be disappointed.”
