You pay to see a licensed physical therapist and that is exactly who you will get. While we have worked with many qualified PT assistants over the year, we do not feel that the use of them meshes with our overall philosophy. Consequently, you will always get the PT you want achieving a greater consistency of treatment. Read more

I came to Kelly after my entire upper back had been in spasm for an extended period of time after injuring myself weight training. I had been to other PT, doctors, massage therapists etc...She was able get me on the right path after lots of manual manipulation and me doing my exercises at home. I was a disaster. She is a former Iron Man Triathlete who understands physical stresses put on the body by high level training and is able to diagnose and treat many different symptoms. Marlena is the in house massage therapist who usually does an awesome job of breaking down a lot of that crummy tissue in my muscles. I'm pretty hard on my body on a daily basis so I just make it regular preventative maintenance to come in and get fixed. I hear Ben is a great therapist as well, but I haven't seen him yet. I always feel welcomed by Adlena at the front desk and I will continue to come back as long as they will have me. Thanks for all the hard work. I highly recommend Lifestyles PT.

I have been really happy with the approach Lifestyles takes towards PT. I've been working with Ben, whom I recommend highly.

I have never found a better physical therapist than Kelly. I have an arthritic neck that lends itself to a pinched nerve and terrible headaches, but Kelly keeps me out of pain and off medication. She is always booked, so book way ahead.

If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Lifestyles doesn't just treat the symptoms, it fixes the problems creating the symptoms. Think of an issue with a house: Would you want the symptoms papered over and covered up (in which case the symptoms would probably recur), or would you like the CAUSES of the symptoms to be addressed and fixed (less chance of recurrence)? Physical therapy shops that just want to use ultrasound, sell an orthotic, etc., aren't treating the problem. LIfestyles treats the problem and makes you better.
Customer service is non-pareil. Many times I tried to schedule an emergency "lube, oil and filter" type of appointment -- and Kelly and the staff were remarkable accommodating.
