There are only 3 ways to get out of debt: Pay ALL, pay SOME, pay NONE
Call us: We can help you decide which is best for you.

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy forgives some or all of your debts so you can start fresh. Debts that can be forgiven include credit cards, medical bills, judgments, even some home mortgages if they exceed the value of your home! You have to qualify to have your debts forgiven and start fresh. Basically, if you are unable to pay your bills in a timely manner and have not filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy in the prior eight years, you may qualify to have your debts forgiven and start fresh

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy is a form of interest-free debt consolidation where you pay the bankruptcy trustee every month for three to five years and he pays your creditors some percentage of what you owe them. At the end of the term of the rest of your remaining debts are forgiven It is appropriate for debtors who have non- exempt assets they wish to keep, or exempt assets for which the payments are in arrears, or who earn at least the median income. They are honest which is displayed on first contact. I was able to meet Brian with no pressure. I chose Lifeline with confidence because they took time to answer all questions before I committed. They are responsive and hold up their end to say the least. They took time and followed through after accessing any and all options to apply in my particular case. I am grateful for Brian, Yuri and the team for the work they put in to my Chapter 7. Thank you

I was searching online for some legal advice and I accidentally found AVVO. Mr. Whitaker very unselfishly provided advice and answered many questions that I have. Sometimes, I can get my questions answered within a couple of minutes.
    Thank you, Mr. Whitaker !!

Sometime in March 2011, we contacted Mr. Whitaker about the feasibility of filing a bankruptcy. After he reviewed our case, it was determined that we qualified for a Chapter 7 (albeit just barely). Mr. Whitaker proceeded to instruct us as to how we were to proceed with the process. On the date of our required "Meeting of the Creditors", a practiced, knowledgeable, "Junior Partner" sat with us as Mr. Whitaker's direct liaison. As of the date of this review (May 30, 2011), our discharge is due in the mail within the next couple weeks. I can't tell with specificity what Mr. Whitaker did on our behalf, only that the result has been agreement by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court as to Mr. Whitaker's assertion of our eligibility for discharge. So from where I stand, he accomplished the extraordinary.
