I love this place! The therapists are amazing and pay great attention to detail. The format is so much better than I've experienced with the mainstream "sports medicine" big health provider. One on one for 55 minutes allows for Q &A and form of exercise check ins while also putting is some great work towards your rehab! It also allows time to experiment with different potential solutions to your specific ailment.

The office managers take all the guess work out of the mystery of insurance coverage.

Thanks to all at Life in Balance!!

Life in Balance is an amazing resource. I received great care and relief after a series of car accidents in 2011 and have been back recently for new nerve related symptoms post surgery. All of my experiences there have been extremely positive. ...

I'm so glad they now have offices in both Burien and West Seattle. The team of providers at this place know their stuff. I've appreciated the great explanations of anatomy, how to do healing exercises and the competence and care they bestow. I started considering going to PT school because of the great healing environment of this place! Thank you, Life in Balance!

Super grateful for this awesome resource in my community. Jen Howe is my physical therapist and she is really talented and knowledgeable. When I started 9 months ago, I was in constant pain and thought that I wouldn't be able to run again . ... Before coming to Life & Balance I had been in treatment with a sports medicine clinic for 3 years and saw "0" progress. I now feel as though my running days are not over and my injuries are manageable. Thank you SO much!!

I feel younger, have less pain and am able to do the activities that I couldn't do a year ago - like Yoga, long walks, exercising at the gym. ...

I am so impressed with Life In Balance. I was going to another physical therapist in West Seattle for arthritis pain and a pinched nerve. The pain just kept getting worse. Now that I go to Life in Balance, I am feeling so much better. Not only is my pain manageable, but I have the tools I need to get stronger and keep the pain from returning. Megan is amazing. She spends the whole hour with me, teaching me new exercises and working on the painful areas. I know that with each visit I am getting stronger and more knowledgable. I would recommend Life in Balance to everyone.
