Located in the heart of downtown Leavenworth, KS, Leavenworth Yoga Co-op is devoted to enhancing the lives of all. We do this by offering a beautiful historic studio space for classes, workshops, massage therapy, teacher training, private lessons, or other wellness activities.
We believe in the necessity of a flexible wellness studio that will meet you wherever you are in your practice. That is why we have never required long-term contracts to practice with us, and we never will.
The studio is designed with everyone in mind. We want to break down the barriers, strip away any preconceived notions about yoga, and create a safe and solid practice for everyone. The LYC is truly for every shape, every size, every age, and every person – a non-judgmental space for all. Read more

I was always curious but nervous to try Yoga, I found this studio and from day one I felt welcomed. The instructors are knowledgeable and compassionate. The price for unlimited for a month as a newbie is unbeatable.

My siblings and I were visiting family in Leavenworth and praise be to my sister for discovering this place. She even got my brother to try yoga for the first time and he had a great time. I've done yoga for almost 25 years with lots of different teachers (some of them quite talented) and I truly do not believe I've ever had a teacher who is any better than Robin. A natural born healer. And she's not alone. All the teachers I took classes with for the two weeks I was in town were great. The studio space is lovely and spacious and lightfilled. Just a perfect place to de-stress and work your body. Leavenworth is blessed to have this treasure right downtown.

What a pleasure to find this studio on a recent 10 day visit to Leavenworth! Instruction quality was very good to excellent. An unusually great variety of props and aids for a non-Iyengar studio is available for use by anyone. The warm welcome I got from three instructors was nothing short of amazing. At the moment they offer a really good deal for the first month so you can try it out without thinking twice--do it if you're on the fence. I even joined their casual 7th anniversary celebration and got to meet a few fellow students. Leavenworth is lucky to have this, check it out. My baseline for yoga studios is Berkeley/Oakland; the Leavenworth Yoga Coop would draw a crowd there.

I'm from Cali, on a short vacay....I have not been to MANY Co op yoga centers but the ones I have attended on the west coast area, all do not live up to the standards that this gem of a find holds!

The space is wonderful, lots of room, in fact, I THINK there are 3 rooms. No sure if they make use of them, but possibly cause the class I attended was FULL. Love the fact that they have ALL EQUIPMENT NEEDED, mats/blocks/bolsters/straps.....EVEN the typical welcoming "help yourself to our herbal tea selection (I enjoy arriving a bit early before my yoga classes to enjoy a cup of #calm :)
The topper to my experience was having A GREAT instructor! Robin had a refreshing vib to her instruction. She was awesome with her queuing and was able to connect with all the levels in the room to make each pose worth everyone's time. Thank you Robin!!
