My children and I came in for a visit. It was time for my regular eye exam and the kids needed theirs for the first time. He and his staff were very thorough with the exam and left the door open so that I could get my initial stuff done while they had their appointment. They also have the forms online so it is easy to get them the information that they need.

With 3 appointments we were in and out in an hour and a half. It was a good and thorough appointment! -

Dr Prescott is great. He is so warm and friendly. He takes the time to make sure you understand what is going on, makes recommendations and has always made my family feel like a priority. My whole family has been helped by him and we have sent dozens more people his way. If you or your children need anything with glasses, contacts, prescription sun glasses, eye health or check ups, GO SEE THIS OFFICE!!!

Beyond being a great doctor, he is a genuinely great person. I have seen him be generous with others to help support charities and local causes. -

I've been brining my family here for three or four years, and we've always had a great experience. Dr. Prescott is very personable, and he'll always take the time to give thorough explanations and make sure all your questions are answered. I see some comments below about the staff being rushed... We haven't had that experience. But, as with all businesses, I'm sure they get a little backed up if they're having a busy day. If you're going to pick out glasses for the first time or think you'll have a lot of questions, maybe go midday on a weekday when they're less busy so you can get more time with the staff. That's what we do, and they've always been very patient in helping us pick out frames, explaining the different lens features, and going over our insurance coverage.

I have a few eye conditions that are fairly atypical. I've always gone to an ophthalmologist because I was worried that an optometrist wouldn't provide the kind of expertise and care I needed. I was very impressed and surprised by my visit here. Dr. Prescott is very approachable and eager to answer any questions I had. He also seemed well informed about my conditions, which other optometrists I've visited never seemed to be. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and patient with me.
I will definitely be going back and would recommend it to my friends without hesitation.
