Most probably the most exceptional customer service and most enjoyable drive to LAX I've ever had. First off I was looking for a limousine service with a car seat available to take my son and my family for a vacation. I heard from a friend that they would be a good choice and that they take passengers who need a car seat, so I gave them a shot. When we showed up the car seat looked pretty much brand new and the car smelled amazing. My wife and I felt like we were in the lap of luxury as the driver give us a professional and warm experience to LAX. The ride was smooth and fun and the driver was very kind and couldn't have done a better job. I'm writing this review so everyone chooses them but also to acknowledge them for the fantastic experience. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Fred our driver is amazing! Our flight came in early but they had us wait almost 1 hour before we got our gate. I was nervous since my phone was put away I couldn't get a hold of our driver. Finally, got off plane .. get luggage .. & Fred was so just so kind and helpful getting us in the car. When I say us I mean 5 bag 2 car seat & 1 stroller. Getting thru lax is stressful but so glad I decided on LAX limo.

After looking at a couple of reviews on Yelp we decided to utilize the LAX Limo service to pick up two of our friends arriving at the port. These friends are hicks and never get off the farm so having a stranger in a black car pick them up was a real treat. ...

I booked a town car from my home in San Dimas to LAX and had a wonderful experience. The driver, Tom, arrived 20 minutes early and was very nice and professional. The car was very clean and stocked with cold perrier water. All in all the ride was smooth and relaxing. Will definitely use them again in the future.
