  I have received two massages here, and I cannot speak highly enough of this spa. My therapists were attentive, helpful, and very professional. I felt like all of my health concerns were properly addressed, and I felt absolutely amazing afterwards. Aileen at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. I cannot wait for my next appointment here.

  So I visit LaVida for a little self-care on NYE, and the service was amazing. The attendants were extremely warm and friendly. I was paired with massage therapist John. The aromatherapy and ambiance in my room were great, and I love that it wasn't too cold. After a 90 minute massage with John, I felt amazing.
  
  The service sells itself. I loved that the attendants didn't force products on me. The advertisement for memberships is pretty straightforward. If you inquire, they are happy to assist you, but if you don't wish to join, they are still happy to help. For that reason, I will join, anyway!

  I booked a full body deep tissue massage with Kayla from the Sandy Spring location and it was killer. I work out and run multiple days a week so I have knee and shoulder/back pain. She addressed these areas expertly and i slept like a baby last night. Great spot. Affordable. Clean. Professional. The aromatherapy was awesome too. All in all a great experience. I even booked another session before leaving. GO! Cheers

  Booked a couples massage and really enjoyed our experience. Both of our therapists were great and we felt happy and relaxed! The true mark of this being a great place is that the management truly cares about its patrons. Had a price misunderstanding and the owner and manager both helped solve the situation with courtesy and kindness. I really appreciate great customer service like this. I definitely recommend and will be back :)

  ... My first experience with LaVida was positive from beginning to end, starting with Nicole's warm, friendly, and helpful attitude on the phone, continuing with the excellent, expert hands of massage therapist John (who was highly praised by a client who was leaving as I was waiting). I hobbled into the facility bent over, and left walking upright. John was calm, respectful, polite, and skilled; the facility was soothing and clean; and with no initial intention of doing so, I was impressed enough to sign up to become a member. Many thanks to Nicole, John, and LaVida for returning me to a vertical position!
