  I have been a dental patient at Laurel Hills for many years. This last appointment was no different than all the many appointments I've had over the years.?the warm and friendly staff and physical surroundings make the complete "experience" comfortable, stress free and relaxing. My hygenist (Adena) and Dr. Hinh are very knowledgeable and caring. It doesn't take a microscope to see that they genuinely care about their patients. This is the place to be if you are having dental work done.

  Best place I have ever been to in my ENTIRE life! The folks at Laurel Hills Dental are absolutely amazing. From the receptionist to Dr. Hinh himself. Everyone treats you like family. If you have ever been hesitant or scared to go to the dentist, go here. Please! I promise you will enjoy your visits. Extremely professional, caring, fun staff to have taking care of your mouth!
  
  In my experience, I had root tips to extract, and a deep cleaning of my entire mouth! All 4 quadrants. Not only did they help with fitting me in with my work schedule, they scheduled around it!
  
  The work they did is amazing. Excellent skill, a light touch. NO SORENESS!! Ever. I have told my family, friends, workers, helpers, anyone I can find to go here for any dental needs. One of the things I appreciated about Dr. Michael Hinh and his staff, is they communicate. They actually read your chart. Everyone is on the exact same page all the time.
  
  I met just about all of their techs. All amazing, smart, know their trade, and made me feel so comfortable through the entire thing.
  
  So, here I am a couple weeks later after all this is done telling you. These people are here to help you. I stand behind their business as a very, very, satisfied customer.
  
  I want to give a shout out to Maui, Rebecca, Leslie, Brianne, Amanda, and a man I call my friend now Dr. Michael Hinh. You guys are Elite in my book! I'll never go anywhere else!! Excellent job to all the staff here. I can't say enough. Thank you so, so, much!!!!

  I've been coming to see Dr. Hinh and his terrific staff for more than 5 years. They're very good at being flexible and working around my schedule to get me in. Luckily I have very few dental issues so I just go for my regular checkups and cleanings every 6 months. Dr. Hinh does a thorough examine of my teeth every visit. They have wonderfully gentle hygienists who take their time to clean my teeth and educate me on my hygiene habits. And I never get the sense my hygienist is rushing thru the process. I also like the fact that they only take x-rays for diagnostic reasons, not simply because insurance covers it every year. The whole team here seems to genuinely care about not only my teeth, but my life, work, and family. A great office. Highly recommend.

  Hands down my favorite dentist and I will tell you why:
  
  - Coffee and cookies are available for free! How cool is that? Let me tell you how: VERY.
  
  - Dr. Hinh and the rest of the staff are extremely accommodating. The first few times I came in were emergencies, and they never turned me away. The good doctor was kind enough to keep the clinic open on a non-business day. And to top it all off, he signed up with the dental insurance company I was in so he could take me on as a patient. Above and beyond? A SQUILLION PLUS POINTS!
  
  - They use advanced technology and equipment to make sure your visits are comfortable and quick. I don't know about you, but I prefer the less-than-a-minute-long panoramic bitewing x-rays over the intraoral ones that usually take an uncomfortable forever and a day.
  
  - The view is great. It may not matter to some, but for a person who has a phobia of dentists and doctors, closed white walls can be suffocating. At Dr. Hinh's, you are seated in front a wide glass window with a view of a garden bathed in sunshine. Totally relaxing. It gets your mind off of the dental instruments that are about to navigate your mouth.
  
  - You are treated like you're one in a million. You are not just a patient; you are a welcomed guest. Dr. Hinh will chat with you not just about your teeth and oral health, but with a wide range of topics like your hobbies, your weekend, etc. He certainly puts you at ease.
  
  Now, I'm not saying your current dentist (who is not Dr. Hinh--SHOCK!) isn't great. He/she could be. But Dr. Hinh and the Laurel Hills Dental Care staff are prime. ;)

  "My Family has been going to laurel Hills since the early 1980's. WE love this place!!! Always professional, they are caring, honest and We trust them which is important. Adeena the hygienist is amazing, kind and wonderful. Dr. Hinh is also Great, uses modern technology, listens to your concerns and helps you with any fears of dentistry you may have. The office staff also wonderful to deal with. I feel they are fair and comparable with their charges for care. I highly recommend this dental office."
