Personal Tax Returns

We competitively offer a three-tier fee structure of $225, $325, and $500.  These tiers are general flat rates and include joint tax returns, (1) state return, small businesses, rental properties, and e-filing.

Every client will receive a quote prior to the start of any services. In addition, each tax return is prepared by a licensed CPA.

What does it include?

We competitively offer a three tier fee structure of $225, $325, and $500.  These tiers are general flat rates and include joint tax returns, (1) state return, small businesses, rental properties, and e-filing.  The tiers are designed as follows:

$225 - Any taxpayer with a few forms such as a W-2, 1099-INT, 1098-E, etc.
$325 - Any taxpayer with several documents, or can itemize deductions, or who has one of the following: rental property, investment transactions, K-1 income, 1099-MISC, or a simple small business.
$500 - Any taxpayer with multiple activities (rental property, K-1 income, 1099-MISC, small business), several stock transactions, etc.
