... I tried all of the usual suspects that post on craigslist, but Shelly (the Langley in Langley recruiting) was the only person who responded and actually gave me the time of day. I have a paralegal degree but only a year and a half of experience, so most recruiting agencies were not interested. Shelly not only responded to my email but actually called me and eventually got me an interview with a firm downtown! ... She actually did what you hope a recruiter will do, which is get you an interview. She has a great personality too!
