We have used Lange Home Inspection twice. Both times, we were very pleased with our experience. His thoroughness, on the first inspection, kept us from purchasing what could have ended up being costly repairs. On the second inspection, which was a new build, they helped us find potential issues to have corrected before closing. We appreciate the thoroughness, and attention to detail, that Lange Home Inspection brings to the table.

We weren't sure whether we wanted to do an inspection on our newly constructed home but after a few people recommended we do, we got in touch with Lange Inspections via an online search. I am SO glad we decided to do this as he found many deficient items that the builders could address before we moved in and while it was all still under warranty. Had we not done the inspection, and we tried to resell the home in a few years, these would have all been issues we would be held responsible for. Be wise on new construction and get the inspection!

B.J. Was wonderful. He arrived early & explained the process very throughly. Then he got to work.. I was there the entire time & asked questions along the way. He was very patient ( I was a little anxious) and answered as he worked. He truly went over everything with a fine tooth comb. At the end of the inspection he explained everything he found and then emailed the report within an hour. B.J. was very professional and I would recommend Lange Inspections to anyone wanting an inspection they can depend on. On, BJ also did our termite inspection which saved me time & money & another trip. The perks of using Lange Inspections continue on long after the inspection is done... I for one am a very happy camper..

Highly recommend!!! BJ showed up even though it was poring outside. He answered every question and explained everything. Lange Home Inspection offers so many great incentives after the inspection is completed. He sent the report over within a hour of the inspection. A big bonus with Lange is they do the termite report that is required with a FHA Loan. So if you are needing a inspector definitely go with Lange Home Inspection. He made us feel a lot more comfortable with our first home purchase.
