  Victor was very helpful, patient,and nice. Took his time to explained thoroughly about what my insurance covers, different types of services, what I need and dont. The prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend you look for Victor if it's your a new customer!

  Kathy at Laguna Family Eye care Optometry is the best !!! I purchased my glasses only two weeks ago, and while trimming a tree in my backyard over the weekend I accidentally scratched one of my lenses. On Monday I went to LFEO and asked if that could buff out the scratch. Kathy the front desk person and Optometry assistant said they can't buff out a scratches because it would ruin the prescription. I asked Kathy what where my options and she said "give me a minute". Kathy then called the vendor that manufactured my lenses and explained what had happened, the vendor agreed to cover the cost of a new lens, Kathy then told the vendor this was my only pair of glasses and I could not see without them. ...

  I have been going here for about 3 years. My optometry insurance is for Kaiser which obviously isn't going to be accepted anywhere other than Kaiser, but their optometry office is such a scam. So, I have been going to Laguna Family Optometry and have found it very friendly and reasonably priced. Marcus is the bomb and is very professional. It's like being fitted for glasses by your BFF. I have bought three frames and 6 months worth of contacts from Laguna Family Optometry. Dr. Yuke is great and friendly as is Dr. Huey. Love this place.

  Marcus is fantastic. I couldn't praise him enough for his customer service, professionalism, as well as his sense of humor. I wanted Gunnar's but only one style worked for my small face regarding shape and size. He went calling around to try and get me these back ordered frames from all over. In the end he was able to get me what I wanted and needed and put me at ease! I work in customer service and know sometimes it's not your fault when problems arise but man.. I'd say he deserves a raise but after asking who I can talk to so I could praise him he informed me he was a manager! Again.. Marcus was an amazing help and he really pulled through. ...
