This is by far my favorite studio and set of teachers I have tried (i.e., rec centers, corporate chain facilities). The space is beautiful and immaculately clean. The staff are welcoming. I purchased an Introductory membership and so far have attended 7 classes with 4 different teachers. Each teacher has a slightly different style and personality, but all high-quality. Much gratitude for this place!

A great welcoming studio! I have been practicing yoga on and off for years, and have been searching for a teacher that focuses on proper alignment and support. Lea-Ann is fabulous! Very intelligent and intuitive with an extensive knowledge of the body.

Just finished a challenging yet energizing Yoga Strong class with Lea-Ann. My muscles are tired and my brain is refreshed. The class was a great mix of beginners (me) to pros - and it was really great. Thanks Lea-Ann for actually encouraging me to come again for this class.

Really great yoga classes. I've attended all levels, and there is certainly something for everyone. Classes are listed as Calm, Moderate, Strong. They all provide a different perspective on yoga. Style is Hatha Yoga, and there are many workshops and classes so there is lots of variety. The atmosphere is gentle, friendly, open and very caring.

If you're looking for a yoga studio that offers a variety of classes, at different levels, and that will help you to deepen your practice, Kosha Yoga is the place. I have practiced yoga for over 15 years and have grown in both my yoga practice and my meditation practice since attending Kosha. The studio is a warm, supportive, friendly environment and I highly recommend it to students of all levels.
