Full service. They have helped me do everything concerning mountain biking! Including answering questions on local trails!

The atmosphere in the shop and their support of Phil's World trail is priceless. Their personal love of cycling and their expertise is worth the trip.

The staff is knowledgeable about all things bike related. They are easygoing (not pushy), and enthusiastic about sharing new places and trails to ride, even with non-locals. Every time we are in the area, we check in with them to find out what new things or info they have.

Great shop, great guys, great selection and always willing to help. They support local races and organized kid rides and clubs. They support our local HS race team that just got started.

Very knowledgeable, they ride what they recommend! Very fair on pricing. Friendly, courteous. Never had a bad experience in 12+ years!

After a second great experience at this shop, I had to write a review! A few years ago they were willing to rebuild my wife's fork on a half day turn around while we were on a road trip. That was impressive enough, but this time Scott really went above and beyond! I was having problems with my free hub body, and while they didn't have the same one, that didn't mean they were just going to turn me away. Scott literally tried to build the body from scratch with bearings and spacers from various hubs! While it ultimately didn't work out, the effort put into it was amazing! And I can still continue my road trip with a new wheel obtained at a reasonable price. Thanks again for all your help Scott!

I owe finishing my cross-country bike trip to these guys. Way back in the summer of 1996, I cycled from Virginia Beach to Santa Monica Pier (and Cortex, CO was along the way). It was a 3,800 mile journey over 6-weeks. Long-story short: about 40 miles southwest of Cortez on a long, gentle downhill, my front saddlebag slipped, got tangled in the spokes and I crashed, doing about 20 mph. ...

I stopped in to Cortez on way to Moab, and found this shop to have an outstanding selection of bikes and accessories. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and there are deals to be had. They stock Surly fat bikes and even had a couple of ECR on the floor they would be happy to ship home. Hmmm - Well I will be back. By the way, this shop is across the street from an excellent brew pub.
