Kofi Group has a great company culture that helps you get out of you comfort zone to do great things without the stress and anxiety that is the norm at other firms. We help figure out what each person is best at and let them focus on that to insure you enjoy what you are doing on a day to day basis.   George is a recruiter who cares more about the person he is recruiting for than anyone I have ever worked with. His transparency about the process, his willingness to listen and calmly discuss options, and his general helpfulness in growing my personal network made me feel him to be a friend and not just someone trying to sell me. I have never experienced such kind and humanizing treatment from a recruiter at any firm in my many years of experience. He is a solid recruiter with great contacts, as well as a solidly good man.   George is a very professional and helpful recruiter that takes the time to meet with candidates and ensure that they're a good fit for the position and vice versa. He was always quick to respond to calls or emails and all around great to work with.
