  Thank you KNL for always exceeding our expectations on all our home projects. From pressure cleaning the driveway and exterior walls before painting the entire exterior and interior of our home, to replacing drywall and patching walls, replacing crown molding and baseboards, bulky garbage pick ups, and building a cabinet sliding door for the laundry room, KNL always gets the job done right! I highly recommend KNL for all home maintenance needs.

  KNL is nothing short of outstanding. They have provided monthly pressure cleaning on many of our commercial properties as scheduled and don't leave any stone unturned. They have also painted many shopping centers on time and on budget. You have a direct connection to the owner and is extremely involved in each project. I would highly recommend KNL to anyone or any colleague without hesitation.

  I had a great experience with KNL. I've hired them for a range of projects from home maintenance repairs to paint jobs and I have been pleased with the results every time. I like the owner very much, always carefully managing the projects and isn't afraid of getting his hands dirty. Highly recommend them!

  KNL has completed many projects for our home over the last few years and they always exceed our expectations. The owner personally came to do the initial review of the work needed, provided a great price with no hidden fees, and periodically came to check on the progress. The work was always completed timely and the owner always stayed in touch! The employees are very detailed, creative, and trustworthy. Some of the projects KNL has completed for us include: pressure cleaning the driveway and exterior walls before painting the entire exterior and interior of our home, replacing drywall, patching walls, replacing crown molding and baseboards, bulky garbage pick ups which including removing old gutters, built a cabinet sliding door for the laundry room, and more! They truly are a great company to help with any home maintenance needs. I highly recommend KNL.
