I studied Thai Yoga massage at Lotus Palm, in Montreal, and have taken several courses throughout Texas. I also have a BFA in Ballet and Modern Dance and am a certified Yoga instructor, both of which help me to understand the working human body, and it's needed.

... Practitioner Amy Myers is trained in at least 6 types of massage and has been practicing for over a decade. Her keen awareness of the working human body, unyielding ability to listen to and digest the needs of her clients (I speak for myself and the folks I know whom have also worked with Amy), and her jovial disposition will have you finally giving yourself the permission to treat your body with the respect it deserves for carrying that big old brain around.
BONUS: The Couples Massage Class is a wonderful way to connect and communicate with your partner in an otherwise rush-rush world.

My wife and I loved going to Kneading Bodies couples massage workshop. I learned how to really give a good massage to my wife and received one in return! Fantastic idea when looking to treat someone special.

The reviews for this place should be a 10 star! Seriously, my upper back to my neck was hurting badly due to working out and sitting down 5 days a week at work. Amy did a fantastic job introducing herself to me and asking me about my health/soreness. The ashiatsu massage is a must for all people. She got into every inch of my back. I encourage everyone to get a massage. It's good for your health and stress level. I'll definitely be back here again. Thank you, Amy! You're great at what you do.

Amy is a great licensed massage therapist who knows her stuff! I get a LOT of massages, and am always pleasantly surprised to find one that delivers a new and unique experience that really helps heal. Her Ashiatsu style (using feet for a deep tissue massage with long strokes is incredible! She is able to dig in with strong legs but it doesn't hurt as deep tissue can at times. She is also very in tune and found and healed my knots. This was both one of the best massages I have gotten, healed some key areas, yet was also very relaxing. ...

Overall a really great experience. THANKS for a great massage Amy!

Amy is amazing! I have known her over the years and I must say she has fluidity that is hypnotic and finds spots I never knew were sore. I have taken many of her foam roller workshops she does around town and at my dance studio (which I highly recommend) . Her knowledge of what she can do when you are on her table is extended with her self care tips she has with your problem areas you can work on in between appointments. If you are an aerialist or dancer in town I would especially recommend her since she has a vast understanding of the specific movement and problem areas we have.
