  After a couple of years searching for the right place to live in Key Biscayne, me and my wife finally found a beautiful new home in the island. We never doubt for a second when ee decided to work with Guimar Urbina and her team (Kis Interior Design). We wanted to have an special pleace designed with the new trends and with the special and unique touch that only Guimar can bring to any elegant, modern and special project. This is not a house, this is the most important pleace for a family and she took the time to meet and know the dreams of each one of my kids to take them into the design of their rooms. If you want to have something different and special you should definitely take Kis into your project.

  We hired KIS Interior Design to design the renovation of our French style house we bought in Coral Gables. We wanted Guimar Urbina to modernize it while staying true to the French architecture style. We showed her a few pictures we liked and described to her what we wanted. We really didn’t give her that much of input but what she and her team came up with was truly amazing and exceeded our expectations. It was as if she was reading our minds. They are also amazing to work with - down to earth, easy to talk to and very responsive. The project was completed in time and within the agreed budget. We can't recommend Guimar and the team from KIS Interior Design enough.

  Guimar did a wonderful job in our home. She knew all about planning our kitchen, lighting, furniture, curtains, bathroom fixtures, pretty much everything in my home, she guided and helped me buy, coordinate and decorate. I am so thankful I found her and cannot recommend her enough. Super professional and respectful and so full of knowledge. Our home looks absolutely amazing because of her!

  I highly recommend KIS Interior Design. We’ve worked with them for the first time this year and they are highly professional and very knowledgeable in their business. They have beautiful ideas for design and the eye for simplicity. They are wonderful to work with.
