  They treat you like a real person who lives on a budget. I went to the Nissan dealer and they told me it would be $1,500 to fix an issue, Kinkades took care of it for around $450 and said what they told me was a needed fix was ok and didn't need to fix the issue. I come here every time, they are straight shooters and want to help you instead of price gauging you.

  TJ and his crew were GREAT! They helped repair my girlfriends 2014 Chevy Cruze that was in an accident and messed up by a prior mechanic. They were very professional and kept us updated every step of the process and didn't stop until the job was done. This is a place you can trust to take care of you. Very satisfied with our experience and will definitely return.

  I honestly wish I could give them higher stars. I saw that they had a 4.9 and decided to give them a try and it was clear why. The owner was very kind and provided shuttle service himself. They were helpful and honest as well as affordable. Will go to them for any future needs

  TJ and the entire crew have been fast, friendly, and honest every single time I have visited. As a single 22 year old female with no automotive repair experience whatsoever, he could have easily tried to be deceptive. What would have been something wrong with the throttle body (at LEAST $1000) at the dealership ended up only being a new battery for my car! They also spent a good hour and a half "diagnosing" the car until they found out what was really wrong. He took his time drawing pictures and explaining to me what was wrong with my car. They have wifi and a nice, clean waiting room. I have recently moved to North Phoenix, but I refuse to go anywhere else besides Kinkade's, it is forever my go-to auto shop!

  These guys are the bomb diggity! Thorough, reliable and trustworthy. I am a customer for life! They checked my vehicle out for free and did a few things to troubleshoot and didn't charge me. I love these guys!!! They really want to fix vehicles, keep people safe and save people money. That is how it should be. Way to be an asset to the community, T.J. Your business is a blessing
